FUELLING*
Thirty minutes before working out use
Formula 1 in diluted fruit juice. It provides immediate fuel

- HYDRATING
During training, competition and your workout, drink fluid – at
least every 15 minutes.

- REPAIRING
You've trained and you now need to repair the muscle fibres
